The Export Registration Certificate (ERC) is a legal document issued by the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports (CCI&E) under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh. This certificate authorizes a business entity to export goods and services from Bangladesh to international markets. Without this certificate, a company cannot legally engage in export activities.
